Key Responsibilities:

Operations: Manage daily center activities and deliver engaging presentations to visitors.

• Sales: Host prospects on-site and join Relationship Managers (RMs) for external sales pitches.

• Events: Assist in executing on-site workshops and events.

• Testimonials: Capture video and written success stories from satisfied customers.

• Tech & Admin: Maintain visitor records in Excel and use AI tools to draft communications and optimize workflows.

Key Requirements:

Exceptional bilingual communication (English & Hindi).

Confident pitching to clients and supporting sales.

• Highly organized with event coordination experience.

• Proficient in Excel and basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini). The Persona: Smart, presentable, humble, and patient. You are a tech-savvy people-person, fluent in English and Hindi, who handles visitors with grace and professionalism.
