Job Description – Technical Associate (Oncology Genomics) Experience: 2–4 years in oncology sample handling, including 1–2 years of hands-on NGS experience

What We Want You To Do

• Handle and process FFPE tumour tissue samples, Liquid biopsy for oncology genomic testing.
• Assess tumour content, tissue adequacy and sample suitability for NGS.
• Perform tumour enrichment/macrodissection and DNA/RNA extraction.
• Execute NGS workflows, including library preparation, QC and sequencing.
• Troubleshoot sample processing and sequencing-related issues.

What are we looking for?

• MSc in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on oncology sample-handling experience, particularly FFPE tumour tissue processing.
• 1–2 years of hands-on NGS experience, preferably in clinical oncology genomics.
• Practical expertise in tumour content assessment, macrodissection and sample QC for NGS.
• Attention to detail and adherence to laboratory SOPs and quality standards.
