Technical Baker

Job Responsibilities 1、Lead technical training and product presentations for both internal sales teams and external clients.

2、Provide professional technical support and guidance for bread, pastry and laminated dough production, covering product formula adjustment, craftsmanship optimization, taste standardization and texture improvement.

3、Communicate and coordinate with overseas technical teams (French team), conduct bilingual technical communication, translate technical documents, process specifications and production standards.

4、Conduct on-site product demonstrations and operational guidance for clients in coordination with the sales team according to the agreed schedule.

5、Participate in the planning, setup, and on-site interpretation of industry exhibitions and commercial display events to enhance the brand's professional image.

6、Technical support north region and Mongolia clients.

Job Qualifications Profil de candidat recherché : 1、College degree or above in Food Science, Baking Technology, Culinary Management, or related fields.

2、 Proficient in French and English, capable of fluent technical communication and document translation.

3、Solid professional experience in bread and pastry baking, proficient in laminated dough, pastries and classic European baking craftsmanship.

4、Familiar with frozen dough production, industrial baking process, quality control, and shelf-life stability management.

5、Strong problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate and resolve technical anomalies in mass production.

6、Rigorous working attitude, good teamwork and cross-department communication capability.
