What they need
Job Requirement :
- Min. D3/S1 – Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary, F&B, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in beverage, coffee, barista, foodservice, R&D, or product application
- Strong knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation & product application
- Excellent communication, presentation & training skills
- Creative, customer-oriented & strong problem-solving skills
- Barista certification is a plus
- Willing to travel for customer visits & demonstrations
Responsibilities:
- Develop & optimize beverage recipes and product applications
- Conduct product trials, demonstrations & sensory evaluation
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers & Sales team
- Conduct barista training, workshops & product demonstrations
- Monitor coffee & beverage market trends and develop new concepts
- Support customer development, product launches & commercial activities
