Technical Business Analyst -AI Transformation (Python and SQL)

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support AI and automation initiatives across Finance and Treasury. You will work with business stakeholders to understand their processes, use SQL and Python to explore data and develop proof of concepts, and collaborate with IT teams on solutions that can be implemented at scale.

The organization uses Claude AI and a proprietary Finance and Treasury system. You will work with IT colleagues based in Manila, India, and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

Analyze Finance and Treasury workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.

Gather requirements, map processes, and define the expected outcomes of proposed solutions.

Use SQL and Python to analyze data and support proof of concepts and prototypes.

Work with business users to test ideas, gather feedback, and refine solutions.

Document validated requirements and proof of concepts for review and implementation by IT.

Communicate clearly with Finance, Treasury, and IT stakeholders across different locations.

Qualifications 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years as a Business Analyst.

Strong, hands-on SQL and Python skills.

Experience with AI transformation or automation initiatives involving Finance or Treasury processes.

Ability to explain business requirements and technical findings clearly and confidently.

Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Comfortable learning proprietary systems and working with AI tools such as Claude.
