Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

Join the Finance & Treasury team and help drive the adoption of AI and automation. You’ll work closely with Finance and Technology to turn business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze Finance and Treasury processes to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand pain points and business needs.
• Build and test AI/automation POCs and prototypes.
• Gather user feedback and improve solutions.
• Prepare successful POCs for handoff to the Technology team.
• Bridge Finance/Treasury and Technology teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of a 4-year course in IT, Computing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable exploring AI, automation, RPA, low-code/no-code, or scripting tools.
• Analytical, curious, and able to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Hands-on builder mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Finance/Treasury experience is a plus, but strong technology skills and an interest in Finance are equally valued.
