Technical Business Analyst

Overview

Chinasoft International is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to work on-site. This hybrid role blends business analysis, project handling, and technical application support. Designed for a clear-minded and independent professional with a strong "can-do" attitude, you will bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. You will drive project execution, manage testing cycles, and leverage low-code platforms to deliver efficient workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Project & Task Management: Drive end-to-end project handling and take ownership of JIRA management to track development progress and issue resolution.
• Documentation & UAT: Create clear, comprehensive documentation for DevOps processes and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Application Support & Development: Provide robust daily application support and utilize hands-on Low-code development to build and optimize system functionalities.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Work independently to gather requirements from users and communicate technical specifications with external vendors.

Requirements

• Background: University graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT, Business Analysis, or Application Support.
• Domain Knowledge: Sound foundational knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), workflow systems, and SQL database querying.
• Soft Skills: Highly proactive, clear-minded, and capable of working independently with users while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Language: Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is strictly required for effective vendor communication (alongside standard English and Cantonese).
• Nice-to-Have: Hands-on technical experience with .NET, Angular, or modern Cloud development is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
