Job Description:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for software solutions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT Solutions
• Engage in cross-functional tasks and emerging priorities as directed by leadership
• Collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to design scalable solutions
• Assist in API integrations, system interoperability and data flow optimization
• Define workflow automation strategies to enhance efficiency
• Support testing, debugging and validation of new systems
• Act as liaison between business units. IT Teams and external vendors
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations to gather insights
• Provide technical advisory to stakeholders on system capabilities
• Ensure clear documentation of business processes and technical solutions
• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making
• Monitor system performance, security and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Ensure data integrity and governance in technical implementations

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
