Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct requirement discovery calls and discussions with clients.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Work with technical teams to identify appropriate technology solutions.
• Support Pre-Sales and Sales teams in understanding client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, presentations and SOWs.
• Participate in client presentations, solution discussions and technical walkthroughs.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Create process flows, solution approaches and basic architecture diagrams.
• Coordinate with Developers, QA, UI/UX, Project Managers and Delivery teams.
• Support effort estimation, resource planning and high-level project estimation.
• Assist in responding to client queries during the sales and pre-sales cycle.
• Support POCs, demos and solution presentations where required.
• Participate in UAT, requirement validation and project handover.
• Maintain requirement, proposal and opportunity documentation.

Technical Knowledge Mandatory

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical BA, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / IT Consulting will be preferred.
• Strong requirement gathering and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong proposal, presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
