Technical Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help improve platform data, analytics, and user experience. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, data providers, and business teams to turn business needs into clear requirements and deliver impactful new features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support Agile ceremonies, testing, UAT, releases, and stakeholder signoff.
• Identify workflow and user experience improvements.
• Act as a bridge between business users, Product, Engineering, and external vendors.
• Gather feedback, monitor adoption, and recommend product enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar role within asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and asset management data.
• Experience with requirements gathering and Agile development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Morningstar, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar data providers.
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, or knowledge management solutions.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools.
• Exposure to CRM, sales enablement, or client intelligence platforms.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $161,000.00 per year
