What they need
Prioritize Technical BA profiles with enterprise-application experience and exposure to data management/large-scale data processing. - Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements gathering.
- Experience in frontend technologies (UI/UX, Figma or Balsamiq or similar tools)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, technical documentation, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and API documentation tools.
