Overview of Role

A Public Sector Client has a contract requirement (10 Months) for a Technical Business Analyst with 5+ years experience to be part of a team that is responsible for maintaining and enhancing multiple applications.

The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Software Developer Team Lead to analyse projects, gather requirements, model solutions and deliver quality user stories and supporting documentation for implementation and testing to an existing experienced team of developers and testers.

Experience in managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results within set timelines is essential. Familiarity with education and training frameworks, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement, will be highly valued for this role.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years as Technical Business Analyst
• Degree Level or equivalent industry qualifications
• Requirement gathering, creating User Stories and functional specifications.
• Experience of structuring requirements into actionable development tasks
• Experience and techniques in leading workshops / refinement sessions.
• Experience in process improvements e.g. Software Development Life Cycle.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Education

• Degree Level or equivalent industry qualifications
