Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst for the Integration-Helios Team

As a Business Analyst, you will...

• Learning the functionality of our customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations application (called NAXT) and the parameters of the system during training and individually
• Preparing functional design documentation in line with XAPT standards/processes
• Testing and configuring interfaces between NAXT and 3rd party external systems
• Participating in the design and implementing our solution based on XAPT standards and project implementation methodologies, in line with the individual requirements of the clients and the local/international/group level regulations
• Providing excellence in support on a technical and functional level, incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution
• Working closely with other departments (support, on-site consulting team, product management) to better understand and meet customer expectations and industry trends
• Contributing to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test colleagues
• Working closely with software developers, assisting them during the development phase
• Leading occasionally calls/meetings/demos with clients, product owners and other stakeholders
• Running internal trainings, preparing training materials
• Mentoring junior personnel throughout their learning path

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics Management or related areas
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms is preferred; candidates without direct experience should demonstrate a foundation in data engineering and a clear interest in developing relevant skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering analysis and in conducting workshops to drive requirements design
• Understanding of data modelling concepts, including data sources, data relationships, and business meaning
• Ability to create and interpret conceptual and logical data models (e.g. ER diagrams)
• Ability to map integration pattern to functional usage experience in ERP (preferably in MSFT Dynamics)
• Experience in the field of Data migration is a great advantage
• Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results by working in both a global team environment and independently.
• Striving for continuous learning and development, diligence, agility and responsible attitude
• Previous experience with MSFT Dynamics products is a huge advantage (business analyst, consultant, key user)
