Technical Business Analyst

We’re hiring: Technical Business Analyst

Contract: 12 months

Experience: 5–6 years

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in requirements analysis, high-level solution design, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams on enterprise and telecom CRM initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder reviews
• Analyse APIs, data flows, system integrations, and business processes
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and architects
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release activities
• Validate delivered functionality against approved requirements
• Manage requirement changes and maintain end-to-end traceability
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges
• Support production rollout and post-release validation

Required skills:

• 5–6 years of Technical Business Analyst experience
• Strong requirements-analysis and user-story-writing skills
• Experience in high-level solution design
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL, REST API analysis, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices, UAT, and release activities
• Previous experience in a large-scale telecom CRM transformation programme
• Experience with Salesforce, telecom CRM, or comparable enterprise platforms
• MBA or equivalent business-related degree

Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, UML, BPMN, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Figma, Visio, cloud platforms, and microservices is advantageous.
