Technical Business Analyst (Junior)

About the role

This is a Business Analyst role focused on telecom and banking services. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements for telecom, banking services, products, and operations
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business improvement and provide actionable insights
• Recommend process enhancements and work with teams to implement changes that improve efficiency and service delivery
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and validate technical solutions that are feasible, scalable, and cost-effective
• Create clear documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams
• Assist in developing test plans and test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide ongoing support during project implementation, including tracking progress and managing timelines
• Stay up-to-date on telecom industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

About you

• Basic knowledge of Java programming and ability to write simple functions
• Familiarity with shell scripting for automation and operational tasks
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams across multiple time zones
• Strong relationship-building skills with all levels of clients
