Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Technology Business Analyst with 610 years of experience to work closely with business and technology teams in the Investment Management / Asset Management domain. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis and technology skills, with a good understanding of investment and asset management processes. Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and use cases will be an added advantage.Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Technology Business Analyst in Investment Management and/or Asset Management domain is must.
• Good understanding of investment products, asset management processes, and financial services workflows.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI for business process optimization and automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
