Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 expertise? Do you enjoy working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions that improve business processes and user experience?

Reporting to the Head of IT PMO, you will lead the analysis, design, implementation and ongoing support of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, document management and operational efficiency across the organisation. This is a hands-on, role with occasional travel to our aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to understand and document requirements.
• Design, configure and customise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
  Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and user adoption.
• Deliver SharePoint migrations, upgrades and new implementations.
  Develop workflows, electronic forms, document management solutions and intranet sites.
• Create project documentation including business requirements, solution designs, test plans and deployment plans.
• Provide user training, technical support and best-practice guidance.
  Ensure governance, compliance and security standards are maintained.
  Collaborate with project managers and PMO teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Utilise Jira, Confluence and project management tools to manage deliverables and project activities.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SharePoint implementations.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Experience successfully delivering SharePoint migrations and deployments.
• Experience working within a PMO or project environment.
• Knowledge of document management systems, workflows, permissions and access controls.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence

Qualifications & Essentials

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft certifications relating to SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365 will be highly regarded.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence & reliable car
   Willingness to travel between facilities, head office and as required
• Valid right to Work in Australia
  Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
