About the company:

You will join a dynamic IT team within a fast-paced international company where you will contribute to the improvement and automation of internal systems supporting key business functions. Acting as the bridge between business users and technical teams, you will play a key role in analysing business requirements, supporting critical applications and driving continuous improvements across the organisation. This position combines Business Analysis and Level 2 Application Support responsibilities, offering exposure to both operational activities and strategic projects. You will work closely with finance & business teams while collaborating with developers to ensure business needs are translated into effective technology solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Level 2 Support (50% of the role)

• Provide support for business-critical operational applications, investigating incidents, troubleshooting data and workflow issues, and coordinating resolutions with development teams.
• Perform data analysis and validation through SQL queries, stored procedures and database investigations.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and user adoption through documentation, training and ongoing support.

Business Analysis (50% of the role)

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and practical solutions.
• Partner with finance and business teams to support daily activities and drive continuous improvements.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, implementations and project-related initiatives.

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in business analysis and application support
• You have advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience writing queries, analysing database structures, troubleshooting data issues and working with stored procedures.
• You have proven experience acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams within the financial sector
• You have a strong analytical mindset, communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• You are used to work within fast-paced and Agile environments
• You are fluent in English (mandatory)
