Technical Business Development Executive

• Actively developing new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media. 积极开拓新的销售机会通过电话、网络和社交媒体。
• Prepare and demonstrate product/service to potential customers. 为客户准备和展示产品/服务。
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 进行市场调查分析销售可能性及评估客户需求。
• To gather information and leads of potential clients. 收集潜在客户的信息和资料。
• Handle customer's inquiries and complaints. 处理客户询问与投诉。
• Build strong and successful relationships with clients. 与客户建立良好关系。

JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位需求：

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration. 应聘者须至少Diploma或以上之相关学历。
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as required to liaise with mandarin speaker customer. 须具备的语言能力：英语、国语、及中文因岗位需要。
3. Required Skill(s): Strong interpersonal skill, Communication skill & Complaint handling skill. 技能要求：良好人际交往能力、沟通技巧、处理客诉问题的技巧。
4. Willing to travel and possess own transport. 能够外出工作并自备交通工具。
