Technical Buyer

Responsibilities

• Receive and review Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from QSEC for job orders (JE) and bidding requirements.
• Identify potential suppliers and request quotations, product brochures, and technical documents.
• Evaluate supplier quotations based on technical specifications, pricing, and lead times.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to selected suppliers.
• Process Requests for Payment (RFPs) for approved Purchase Orders.
• Monitor PO status and delivery schedules through the confirmed ready date.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve purchasing concerns.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, POs, receiving reports, and other procurement documents.
• Obtain product manuals and spare parts lists from suppliers.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or technical buying is preferred.
• Experience in construction, engineering, industrial, or trading industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier coordination, and purchasing documentation.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, product brochures, and data sheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical and analytical skills are welcome to apply!
• Must be willing to work onsite in Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
