Job Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Account: Technical Support
• Salary: Up to ₱26,000 monthly basic salary
• Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Employment: Full-time
• Experience: No BPO experience required
• Training: Paid training from Day 1

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College level or graduate is an advantage
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn technical processes
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical concerns and inquiries
• Provide basic troubleshooting and clear solutions
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps
• Handle account, product, and service concerns
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
