About the role:

As a Technical Client Success Manager, you will oversee the delivery of IT services across multiple clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and consistent service performance.

This role won’t be suited to you if:

• You prefer working in isolation and don’t enjoy collaborating with clients or internal teams.
• You’re not proactive about problem-solving or continuous improvement.
• You’re not interested in learning new technologies or stepping into pre-sales or mentoring responsibilities when needed.

You will be involved in:

• Leading the delivery of Managed IT Services, ensuring high service quality, strong SLA performance, and consistent support outcomes across your customers.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through service reviews, performance reporting, and proactive engagement to enhance the overall customer experience, and ensure clients remain in contract.
• Developing and delivering client roadmaps, account plans and technical alignment reviews against industry standards.
• Managing client escalations, major incidents, incident/problem/change management, root cause analysis, workload prioritisation for your clients, service improvement plans, and contractual compliance.
• Preparing and presenting monthly reports to your portfolio of accounts, while identifying opportunities within client environments.
• Collaborating with internal teams including Service Desk, Projects, Sales, and Leadership to align service delivery with strategic goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you will need to have:

• Proven experience in an MSP or IT services environment with a strong technical understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and managed services environments.

• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (i.e. ITIL).

• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, customers, and senior leadership.

• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor engineers, coordinate teams, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
