What You May Work On

• Create and maintain technical and business documentation
• Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge resources
• Write and edit content for technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams
• Support web content and knowledge management initiatives
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Recommend improvements to content and communication processes

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience creating technical documentation, web content, or training materials
• Excellent written, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to organize and communicate complex information clearly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and content management tools is a plus

Work *a*uthorization/security* clearance* requirements

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
