We are seeking an experienced Technical Compliance Manager to lead compliance, food safety, quality assurance, and audit readiness activities across a fast-paced production facility. Key Responsibilities

Technical Compliance & Food Safety

• Lead and oversee all technical compliance activities across the site.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for food safety management systems and industry compliance standards.
• Maintain, review, and continuously improve HACCP plans and food safety controls.
• Drive a strong culture of quality, food safety, and compliance throughout the organization.

Audit & Regulatory Management

• Plan, coordinate, and lead internal, customer, third-party, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure the site remains audit-ready through effective management of documentation, procedures, and records.
• Manage responses to audit findings and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Support compliance reviews and occasional out-of-hours audit activities when required.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze quality and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead investigations related to customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality incidents.
• Implement corrective actions and monitor effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with operational teams to improve standards, reduce compliance risks, and enhance product quality.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Develop and maintain compliance, quality, and performance reports.
• Utilize data analysis tools and advanced spreadsheet functions to monitor performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Present technical and operational insights to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
• Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with production, operations, quality, and technical teams to achieve compliance objectives.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to uphold food safety and quality standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support on compliance-related matters.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen governance, risk management, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Significant experience within food manufacturing, processing, or other highly regulated production environments.
• Experience managing technical compliance, quality assurance, food safety programs, and audit activities.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and maintaining high compliance standards.
