The Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can turn complex technology into content that B2B buyers read, trust, and act on. You will own content across formats, from long-form thought leadership to a 40-word LinkedIn caption. You will also spot the conversations the industry is having before they peak, and help Quarks take part in them.

This role suits someone who reads industry reports for fun, knows the difference between a buzzword and an insight, and uses AI tools to work faster without letting them do the thinking.

What You Will Do

Content creation

Write long-form content: whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, solution pages, and in-depth blogs (1,500+ words)

Write SEO-led blogs on AI, data, automation, cloud, CRM, and enterprise technology

Write social media copy, captions, LinkedIn posts, carousels, and ad copy

Write platform-native content for LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, and Reddit, adapting tone, format, and depth to each platform and its audience

Publish and repurpose articles on Medium and LinkedIn to extend the reach of our blog content

Write helpful, expert answers on Quora and contribute to relevant Reddit communities in a way that builds credibility, not just promotion

Turn technical inputs from engineers, architects, and product managers into clear, buyer-focused narratives

Adapt one core idea into multiple formats and channels

Research and trend analysis

Track industry trends, analyst reports, competitor content, and news across our service lines

Use Google Trends, Reddit, Quora, Medium, and LinkedIn to find what buyers and practitioners are asking and debating

Find content topics backed by search data, community discussions, and market shifts

Analyse content performance (traffic, engagement, rankings) and use the findings to plan what to write next

Pitch timely, opinion-led angles that position Quarks as a credible voice in the industry

AI-assisted workflows

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Jasper.ai, and similar) for research, outlining, drafting, and repurposing

Fact-check and edit all AI-assisted output so that every claim is accurate and sourced

Help build prompts, templates, and workflows that improve the teams content speed and quality

Collaboration

Work with the design, SEO, and social media teams to deliver complete campaigns

Interview internal subject matter experts to gather insights and stories

Keep the brand voice and messaging consistent across all assets

What We Are Looking For

Must have

3 to 5 years of content writing experience in B2B IT services, ITeS, SaaS, or technology product companies

A portfolio showing long-form content, blogs, and social media copy

The ability to explain technical topics (AI, cloud, data, CRM, automation) to both technical and business readers

Hands-on experience with AI writing and research tools, with clear examples of how you use them in your workflow

Experience writing and publishing content on LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, and Reddit, with an understanding of each platforms format, audience, and community norms

Working knowledge of Google Trends, Quora, Reddit, Medium, and LinkedIn for topic discovery and content distribution

A strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and what drives engagement on each

Strong research skills: you can find a topic, back it with data, and form a point of view

Excellent written English, grammar, and editing skills

Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, search intent

Good to have

Experience with Jasper.ai

Experience with Salesforce, AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise software content

Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Trends or Google Analytics

Experience writing for US or Middle East B2B audiences
