Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Ownership:

• Serve as the primary technical owner for enterprise web and digital experience platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance across web applications, digital marketing technologies, integrations, and supporting platforms.
• Lead design decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Act as the subject matter expert for web technologies, cloud-based digital solutions, and related ecosystems.

Architecture & Platform Strategy:

• Define and maintain architecture roadmaps for digital experience platforms.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native solutions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and technology governance frameworks.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives and identify opportunities for technical simplification and standardization.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on solution design, integrations, and technical best practices.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with global business teams to understand digital experience requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Serve as the primary technology liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions, solution workshops, and strategy sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide recommendations on digital platform capabilities, enhancements, and future investments.

Team Leadership & Governance:

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple technical workstreams and platform teams.
• Manage priorities, technical direction, and governance processes for digital experience initiatives.
• Establish and enforce development standards, architectural principles, and operational best practices.
• Mentor engineers, architects, and technical leads to foster technical excellence and professional growth.
• Support resource planning, risk management, and delivery oversight across key digital platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) architecture and platform design.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including:
• AWS Certificate Manager (ACM)
• Amazon Cognito
• AWS Amplify
• Amazon S3
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon API Gateway
• AWS Networking Services
• Amazon EC2
• Amazon RDS

Digital Experience & Web Technologies:

• Deep expertise in enterprise web platforms and content management systems.

Experience with:

• Sitecore
• Drupal
• .NET
• Node.js
• Google Analytics (GA)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• OneTrust
• Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture, application development, and digital experience ecosystems.

CRM & Marketing Technologies:

• Experience working with customer engagement and marketing platforms, including:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Veeva
• Other enterprise CRM and marketing technology platforms

Leadership & Architecture:

• Proven experience leading multiple technical teams or platform domains.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, application architecture, and solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
• Experience establishing governance models, technical standards, and platform roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to digital platforms.
• Experience implementing cloud modernization and platform optimization programs.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, digital marketing, and omnichannel engagement technologies.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.24/hour - $81.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
