Technical Consultant

Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes.

We operate across 26 countries in Europe and are supported by a dedicated Centre of Excellence in Mauritius. We are now looking to expand our 100+ strong Adriatics team with a Technical Consultant who will work closely with a team of developers and business analysts to produce new functionalities and improve existing ones within the HRnet application.

Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation and support of technical solutions in HRnet
• Working with MS SQL database (designing and developing SQL procedures, T-SQL)
• Integration of the system and data migration
• Close collaboration with a team of various roles on the implementation and development of HRnet
• Communication with clients

What do you have to offer?

• Mid or senior level knowledge of relational databases - MS SQL or Oracle (willing to switch to MS SQL)
• Motivated, proactive and accustomed to work in a team
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or other areas
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge or experience in the HR domain will give you a headstart
• Fluent in Croatian and English
