Technical Product Management & System Design:
- Experience in API architecture, system integrations, database design, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery.
Product Strategy & Business Analysis:
- Ability to interpret government policies, statutory rules, and business requirements, translating them into product features, functional requirement specifications (FRS), user journeys, scalable workflows, and engineering-ready solutions.
User Experience, Analytics & Stakeholder Management:
- Expertise in designing user-centric onboarding and matchmaking experiences, building operational analytics dashboards, conducting user and market research, and acting as a bridge between Ministry leadership, clients, and engineering teams.
