Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.

Develop Business Rules, Script Includes and UI Actions.

Implement Flow Designer and workflows.

Build Service Catalog items and approval workflows.

Work on Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.

Develop and support enterprise integrations.

Work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
