What you'll do

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP solutions to meet business requirements
• Write technical designs and supporting documentation
• Build and support system integrations, web services, and APIs between the ERP and third-party systems
• Explore and apply AI features in customer solutions, such as AI-assisted automation, smart document processing, chatbots, and LLM-powered workflows
• Use AI coding tools to work faster and improve code quality
• Develop reports, saved searches, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
• Estimate the time and effort for development tasks accurately
• Test, debug, and fix issues to keep deliverables high quality and on schedule
• Work with consultants, project managers, and customer success teams on requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery
• Report task progress and status on time

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of hands-on programming or system development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript and/or .NET, SQL, and web programming
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and system integration
• Interest in AI and willingness to learn and apply new AI technologies
• A strong team player who works well with others
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, with a "make-it-happen" attitude, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Good written English, with the ability to produce clear technical documents
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

Advantages

• An understanding of ERP concepts, or experience implementing ERP (NetSuite / SuiteScript is a big plus)
• Hands-on experience with AI or LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI), prompt engineering, or building AI agents or automations
• Knowledge of business processes in supply chain, finance, or accounting
• Experience with cloud platforms
