Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ERP Functional Consultant – Fresher to join our team. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business requirements, support ERP implementation, coordinate testing, and provide post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business requirements and expectations.
• Gather, document, and analyze customer requirements.
• Map customer requirements to existing ERP solutions and identify requirement gaps.
• Analyze gaps and coordinate with the technical team for required customizations.
• Manage and coordinate overall project activities from a functional and technical perspective.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions meet the agreed customer requirements.
• Review and validate development and deployment deliverables before client acceptance.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure identified issues are properly tracked and resolved.
• Participate in issue triage discussions and help determine the validity and priority of reported issues.
• Coordinate with clients for testing, feedback, issue clarification, and acceptance.
• Provide post-implementation support and coordinate the timely resolution of client issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure resolved issues are tested and formally accepted.
• Prepare and maintain necessary project and requirement documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to customer expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn ERP products, business processes, and client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both clients and internal technical teams.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
