TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - IDENTITY SECURITY

About the role

Technical Consultant in Identity Security for ACW Distribution (Phils.), Inc. The role involves designing and positioning Identity Security, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions based on customer requirements, conducting technical presentations and workshops, and supporting pre-sales and implementation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and position Identity Security, IGA, and IAM solutions based on customer requirements
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and customer discovery sessions
• Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, BOM creation, and RFP/RFI responses
• Lead or support Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), pilot deployments, and technical evaluations
• Implement and integrate identity security solutions with directories, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and HR systems
• Configure identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and compliance workflows
• Provide technical troubleshooting, deployment support, and customer enablement
• Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices
• Collaborate with sales, vendors, and regional teams to drive successful project outcomes

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Security, Cybersecurity Consulting, or related fields
• Experience implementing, supporting, or administering enterprise identity security solutions
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, authorization, RBAC, and compliance concepts
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, directories, cloud services, and identity platforms
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, PowerShell, or similar technologies is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Experience with SailPoint is highly preferred
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is a plus
