Brief Description Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant Location: Pune (On-Site – 4 Days Per Week + 1 WFH)

Requirements What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Strong expertise in at least one module: ITSM, CSM, FSM, or GRC

• Strong scripting capability including:

• JavaScript

• Glide API

• Script Includes

• Business Rules

• Experience working with:

• Flow Designer

• Integration Hub

• Transform Maps

• Integrations and APIs

• Understanding of CMDB architecture and data modelling

• Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments (advantageous)

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CIS (ITSM / CSM / FSM / GRC)
