Technical Consultant - RTSM

Axis Technology, LLC is seeking a Technical Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) systems used in clinical trials. The ideal candidate combines technical problem-solving skills with an understanding of clinical research processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RTSM system configuration and implementation
• Gather technical and functional requirements
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and project teams
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions
• Prepare technical documentation and user guidance
• Support system testing and quality assurance activities

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or IT systems preferred
• Understanding of clinical trials or RTSM platforms is an advantage
