Technical Content Specialist – Doha, Qatar

We are a Doha-based B2B IT Systems Integrator providing technology solutions and managed services across Qatar and the region, including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Backup & DR, and Managed IT Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical content for websites, brochures, blogs, case studies, presentations, social media, and campaigns.
• Translate complex IT concepts into clear, business-friendly content.
• Support Sales & Presales teams with proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
• Develop solution briefs, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineers, Presales, and Solution Architects.
• Research and communicate emerging IT technologies accurately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical content writing, IT presales, technical marketing, proposal writing, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT and infrastructure.
• Strong research, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, Data Center, Backup/DR, or Managed Services is an advantage.
• Experience with RFPs, tenders, or enterprise technology projects is preferred.
