Technical Content Strategist, Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Write the content that lands the world's top B2B tech companies in their biggest accounts

At xGrowth, we partner with the likes of Klaviyo, Shopify, Square, and Twilio to help them break into and expand across complex enterprise accounts. We're not a spam content factory, we write high-quality, critical content for campaigns that target a client's most important target accounts, which means every asset has to be good enough to wow a CFO at an enterprise company.

This is a new role for us. We're creating this position because content is where we think we can lift our quality another level. We're looking for someone with a serious content background and real fluency with AI, who wants to own that lift.

The opportunity

Own the content for our ABM campaigns: blogs, reports, landing pages, ad copy, and infographic copy, etc.

Work alongside our Strategists and Creative Director to turn a value proposition and campaign theme into content that lands.

Hold the quality bar (you're the last set of eyes before anything goes to a client).

Look at how content performed, work out what it tells us, and take it into the next round.

What you'll own

• Strong B2B content background, ideally tech or SaaS, and an understanding of how complex sales cycles work.
• Real AI fluency. Not "I've used ChatGPT" but custom workflows, harness engineering, voice training on approved samples, and the judgement to know where the machine stops and you start.
• Range across formats, from a technical report down to a single line of ad copy.
• Editorial judgement: you know when writing is competent vs. exceptional, and how to close the gap.
• Ability to absorb a client's world fast: what they sell, who buys it, their prospect's world, and how they talk about it.
• Comfort with ambiguity. This role has no playbook yet, and you'll help write it.

Why you SHOULDN’T join us:

• This is not a cruisy 9 to 5 job. You'll need to put in serious thinking and effort to do it well.
• A handful of times in the month, you'll have early morning or late afternoon calls due to global clients and teams.
• Volume is not the win here. We publish less than most agencies and obsess over it more, so if you measure your work in word count this will frustrate you.
• The role is new. Parts of it will be figured out as we go, and you need to be comfortable with that.
• You need to be comfortable working remotely.
• The pace is fast and the bar keeps moving. If you don't enjoy constant improvement, you'll fall behind.
