Technical Content Writer

Logistifie is a global software development company providing dispatch systems, branded mobile apps, and digital platforms for the chauffeur and transportation industry.

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can create clear, structured, and high-quality content for our software products. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical workflows into simple, easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical users.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to create documentation and content that improves product adoption and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical content such as:

• Product documentation

• User manuals and help guides

• Knowledge base articles

• API documentation (basic level)

• Feature release notes

• Create website content and landing pages for software products

• Translate technical workflows into user-friendly instructions

• Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture

• Create SEO-friendly content for product pages and blogs

• Update and optimize existing documentation regularly

• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and clarity

• Review and proofread content before publishing

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Proven experience in technical or SaaS content writing

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply

• Understanding of:

• Web applications

• APIs and dashboards

• Software workflows

• Experience with SEO content writing

• Familiarity with tools like:

• Google Docs / MS Word

• CMS platforms

• Basic Markdown

• Strong research, editing, and documentation skills
