Technical Content Writer

KoderLabs is looking for a Technical Content Writer/Editorial Lead.

The ideal candidate should be able to research, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts through clear, engaging, and informative content. This role requires a strong technical understanding and excellent writing skills, someone who can translate software and technology topics into content that is easy to understand while maintaining technical accuracy.

-Job Responsibilities

• Write SEO/GEO-optimized blog articles, case studies, guest posts, and website page copy from structured content briefs — each with its own required format and tone.
• Turn keyword/SERP research already provided in briefs (Ahrefs data, competitor benchmarks, cannibalization checks) into content that matches search intent and closes coverage gaps.
• Simplify technical software/AI/mobile-development concepts for a dual audience (technical + non-technical) in first-person, named-author voice.
• Pull real internal project data and case studies as proof points
• Enforce house style: no em dashes, no superlatives, no fabricated metrics, no banned sentence constructions, American English.
• Write guest posts with correct anchor-text discipline
• Self-QA drafts against the blog quality checklist before submission.
• Coordinate with SEO, design, and executives on calendars, information sourcing, and image briefs.

- Job Specification

• 2–3 years content writing at a software house, SaaS, or tech company.
• Working knowledge of SEO (intent, on-page structure, internal linking); familiarity with GEO/AEO a plus.
• Can work from structured briefs and a fixed house style, not personal preference.
• Research skills sharp enough to verify technical claims, not just paraphrase sources.
• Can switch voice/structure across blog, case study, guest post, and web page formats.
• Comfortable with deadlines inside a multi-stage review pipeline.
• Nice to have: Ahrefs exposure, ghostwriting experience for named execs/authors.
