Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for software, IT, and technology-focused audiences. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand content.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content.
• Create technical blogs, articles, website content, product documentation, user guides, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Work closely with developers, subject matter experts, product teams, and business stakeholders to gather technical information.
• Convert complex technical concepts into simple, structured, and reader-friendly content.
• Develop content for software products, APIs, cloud technologies, AI/ML, data analytics, and other IT solutions.
• Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, formatting, and documentation standards.
• Conduct keyword research and apply basic SEO best practices to technical content.
• Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure all content is grammatically correct, technically accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills
