• Prepare content for websites, software portals, mobile applications, product/service pages, blogs, case studies, and company profiles.
• Software/project documentation
• User manuals and guides
• FAQs
• SOPs
• Feature descriptions
• System/module descriptions
• Project proposals and presentations
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with developers, project managers, UI/UX teams, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.
• Prepare and maintain Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) documents based on project requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and requirement analysis documents.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA teams, and clients to gather and validate requirements.

• Prepare process flow diagrams, module workflows, use cases, and system flow documentation.
• Prepare User Manuals, Admin Manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and Help Documentation.
• Prepare technical content for RFPs, tenders, proposals, presentations, project reports, and government/enterprise projects.
• Review and update documentation based on project changes, client feedback, and Change Requests.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
