Technical Content Writer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with 2-5 years of experience to create clear, accurate, and engaging content focused on Cybersecurity and IT.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing and communication skills, along with the ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a simple, reader-friendly manner. You will work closely with technical and business teams to develop high-quality content for blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, marketing materials, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality blogs, technical articles, case studies, whitepapers, and cybersecurity-related content.
• Collaborate with technical experts and subject matter experts to understand complex topics and requirements.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and IT concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
• Research industry topics, technologies, cybersecurity developments, and emerging trends.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
• Develop marketing and communication content, including emails, brochures, website content, presentations, and other collateral.
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices, including appropriate keyword usage, structure, readability, and search intent.
• Review and update existing content to maintain its relevance and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, terminology, and brand communication across different content formats.
• Work with internal teams to understand content requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in Cybersecurity, IT, SaaS, technology, or related domains is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly and accurately.
• Strong research, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain content quality and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity concepts, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or enterprise technology.
• Experience creating content for B2B technology or cybersecurity audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO tools and content analytics is a plus.
• Ability to research and quickly learn new technologies and cybersecurity trends.
