Technical Content Writer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and well-researched content related to technology, software, IT services, digital solutions, and industry trends. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, the ability to understand technical concepts, and experience in creating content for websites, blogs, documentation, social media, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality technical blogs, articles, website content, case studies, whitepapers, and product/service descriptions.
• Research technology-related topics and simplify complex concepts for the target audience.
• Create SEO-friendly content to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to gather information.
• Prepare content for software products, IT services, technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Stay updated with latest technology trends, tools, and industry developments.
• Maintain brand tone and content quality across all platforms.
• Work on content calendars and deliver assignments within deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them simply.
• Knowledge of SEO writing, keyword usage, and content optimization.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Ability to write for different formats such as blogs, websites, social media, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, web development, digital marketing, AI, SaaS, or related technologies.
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Experience with tools like Google Docs, MS Word, Grammarly, WordPress, SEO tools, or AI writing tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
