What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural & MEP Team.
- Coordinate RFI / technical queries and follow up for timely closure.
- Prepare MOM, technical trackers, reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate with Construction, Planning, QS/Billing and Procurement teams.
- Maintain technical documents, approvals and drawing records.
- Follow up with consultants and site teams for pending technical deliverables.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years experience in Civil/Construction/Real Estate/PMC.
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and construction drawings.
- Good communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Experience in residential/high-rise projects preferred.
- Female Civil Engineers are encouraged to apply.
