Technical Coordinator

Batieu Plus focuses its activities on mediating international construction contracts within the European Union. We operate actively in several construction sectors across the European market, particularly in the Benelux region. We are present in both the private and public sectors.

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator with French language skills to join our technical department, strengthening the team responsible for providing technical support to clients in Belgium. We offer a home office-based job with travel to client locations.

Main tasks

• Coordination of subcontractors' work at local construction sites
• Organization and conduct of meetings at the construction site
• Assistance in translating documentation from French to Polish
• Reporting on stages of the construction process
• Verification of the correctness of the scope of work
• Technical consultation on request for proposals
• Analysis of plans received from clients
• Assistance in verifying estimates
• Ongoing reporting of data on platforms designated by the employer
• Support and collaboration with other departments on current matters

Requirements

• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Proficiency in French at the B2/C1 level
• Proficiency in Polish at the B2/C1 level
• Experience in a similar position
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software
• Ability to work in a team
• Independence in completing assigned tasks
