Technical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support for engineering and project activities.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and progress.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project deliverables and follow up on pending tasks to prevent delays.
• Identify and escalate project issues or risks as needed.
• Ensure all project-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Support engineers and project managers with administrative and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering support, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
