WE ARE HIRING! TECHNICAL COORDINATOR Location: Makati City

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/administrative background
• Experience in technical coordination, administrative support, or a related field is an advantage
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in medical equipment or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Makati

Job Requirements

Coordinate daily activities and schedules of technicians

• Coordinate technical service requests, installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Monitor and follow up on pending technical concerns and service schedules
• Prepare and organize service reports and technical documents
• Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and clients regarding technical requirements
• Assist technicians with scheduling, logistics, and other operational needs
• Monitor the status and completion of technical assignments
• Maintain proper records of equipment, repairs, and service activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
