Technical Coordinator

Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a highly-driven TECHNICAL COORDINATOR to join our team, to manage the technical aspects of a projects or operation and providing administrative support related to technical aspects and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

About Us: We are a service-oriented company that offers a wide range of products and services, from printer consumables, repair and service maintenance, printers, computers, and peripherals.

About the Role: This role plays a vital role in providing and answering customer’s technical support and assistance, to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Among the responsibilities are:

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, sales and clients, ensuring everyone is informed about project and technical updates
• Analysis on  technical data to identify trends, troubleshoot problems and decision making
• Administers work and deployment schedule and assignments and supervises progress of assignments of technical personnel
• Maintains detailed records of daily interactions with customers like installation activities, reported issues and field services activities of our field technical by updating and key in all this information to our database (TSMS)
• Conducts basic troubleshooting via phone to all reported technical concerns to clients.

About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:

• A graduate with diploma of any related course
• Proven work experience in related field
• Knowledgeable on clerical and administrative procedures and system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• With good analytical skills and an excellent problem solver
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients’ request
• A strong team player.
