Position: Technical Coordinator - Document Controller
Salary: 2500 AED
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Marketing and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate projects, resources, materials, mock-ups, and technical submissions.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and costs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Resolve technical issues and prevent project delays.
- Manage site teams and project activities until completion and handover.
- Prepare and report project updates, risks, and milestones to Management.
- Study new lighting products and guide the Design and Estimation teams.
- Attend weekly meetings and plan upcoming project activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, communication, confidentiality, and attendance reporting.
