We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support engineering and project operations in the glass and aluminum industry. If you have experience coordinating project activities, managing technical documents, and working with project teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support for engineering and project activities.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, technical records, and related files.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, production, installation, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project deliverables and follow up on pending tasks to help prevent delays.
• Identify project issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support engineers and project managers with technical and administrative requirements.
• Help ensure project activities comply with specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering support, or a similar role.
• Experience in the glass and aluminum industry, particularly windows, doors, and related systems, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with technical drawings, fabrication, and installation processes is an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
