Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing job orders, repair and maintenance activities. The position plans and supervises technical resources, coordinates with Retail Shop Coordinators, in-house technicians, suppliers and service providers and ensures the timely completion of maintenance activities in compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.

1. Oversee and coordinate all technical job order for shops.

2. Plan, schedule and assign work to in-house technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of repair and maintenance activities.

3. Monitor and weekly update the Job Order (JO) tracking system, ensuring the accuracy completeness and timely closure of all job orders.

4. Coordinate with Retail Shop Coordinators regarding job order requests, work schedules, progress , updates and issue resolution.

5. Supervise and monitor the repair and preventive maintenance of company vehicles, motorcycles and other assigned equipment.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirement related to repair, maintenance and technical operations.

7. Prepare periodic reports on job order status, technician productivity, maintenance activities, and other operational metrics as required by management.

8. Provide operational support and perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
